If I could give them a 0 I would. Warning my experience with Mia Horchler-suchoski was very discriminating. She violated the FHA curly. I inquired about 2 rentals, she asked me questions via text I answered them honestly. I have a registered service dog. As soon as she knew this she ghosted me. She told me to come in to her office to fill out a application. Then no one was there. No response to multiple voice messages, texts, or FB messages. I have heard nothing but bad things about this company and the person that runs it. I know someone that tried to rent from them and they charged a $1400 deposit and threatened to send her to collections unless she paid after she declined to take the place 3 days after viewing the lease. All I can say is do not pay anything unless you see the lease agreement first! If you have questions about the lease, ask around and I guarantee you will chose to rent with someone else.
