I've never expected much from the healthcare services in general, but rudeness, carelessness and meanness have to stop. We are humans and it's time we start acting like it with each other. If healthcare services put signs everywhere saying they have a zero tolerance policy for bad behaviors and language, then it's time they lead by example and start doing so themselves. First time here, and I have to agree with these reviews, both receptionists are rude and uncaring in their behaviour, they treated us with impatience and patronizing responses, offering no explanations to some of our questions. We are not widgets on an assembly line! I would think that my tax dollars would be used for a health care system that has people in that system who actually care for people. Shameful. To the women at the front desk, YOU SHOULD NOT BE working there. You are so rude!!! I have cancer so I have to get my blood tested sometimes 2-3 times in 3 week spends. Coming to see your face and your actions is NOT fun! It’s hard enough for people like us to come to these appointments let alone have to deal with someone like you.
