Absolutely appalling! My husband had to be taken to the ER at 12am. So that meant waking our 15month old up to bring with us. Over crowded with patients we were given the option of hallway bed or a psych room. While waiting for the doctor we couldn’t help but hear the staff gossip about a 21 year old that died , a baby dying of shaken baby syndrome, and watch staff place bets on a man laying in the hallway to walk so they could discharge him. The woman at the front gave us a look when we asked if we were able to pay later because we did not have the extra money at the moment. When I was seen, I was told that there were no open rooms so I would be in a hallway bed, but when we walked in there were open rooms all around. I was there for a foot injury, and the doctor looked at my foot for a total of around 30 seconds, didn’t even really inspect and sent us home with a prescription of antibiotics. Though I am fine, I was just very underwhelmed with the care.

This hospital is extremely helpful and friendly the atmosphere is wonderful and willing to go far above and beyond the call of duty and the staff is so so knowledgeable there no wrong or stupid questions
