Fell during a hike and injured my hand. Came to the SL Warren ER and was pleasantly surprised by the care received. Short wait time, X-rays obtained, experienced and knowledgeable PA reviewed X-rays with me. No fracture noted so he splinted and wrapped my hand for comfort which helped immensely! Under 2 hrs for entire visit.
The staff was great! Dr. Thu Nguyen was very unprofessional. When I asked about my bloodwork her answer was "that's not my concern" and walked out. I said to the nurse "what's that supposed to mean, how rude". The nurse explained my bloodwork. Hopefully the doctor will work on her bed side manner. She was rude from the moment she walked in my room as if she had better things to do.
The dr I saw was absolutely the best damn dr you have there
