I have taken my husband there twice. Once, he had a bad cut on the back of his heel. The staff was great and stayed more than an hour after their closing time to care for him. The nurse practitioner knelt on the floor in order to put stiches in his heel. The second time we went there he had been stung be one or more wasps and after an hour or so was beginning to have trouble breathing - anaphylactic shock. He was given two shots, one for pain and an epi-pen, which worked immediately. We were seen quickly both times.
Our experience at St Lukes Urgent care was so professional and kind. The RN, Sara met us and asked pertinent questions with kindness and ease. We did not feel rushed. Amy the Family NP was quite thorough as usual, and also kind. Her care and treatments always us a calm and confident feeling.
I just want to say the Marietta Caiarelli, FNP was extremely kind, professional and caring. She made me feel better after explaining some things to me about my issues. Thank you.
