I've been going here once a year for prep camp physical. Easy. No wait time. Nice team.
This is not an actual Urgent Care. This is an ER bill that for some reason goes under an Urgent Care name. You WILL BE BILLED $400 AFTER insurance. And I have Urgent Care coverage. They didn’t perform any tests or imaging on me, just took my vitals and wrote me a prescription. This is extremely deceitful. You may as well go to an actual ER. And the doctor wasn’t even helpful, and I didn’t feel she listened to my concerns – I went to an ENT instead and got all my answers there. Do NOT go here.
This is the best Urgent Care that I have ever been to. The staff was very courteous and professional. We were in and out in no time.
We're in total agreement with many of the other comments. This place has went downhill seriously just since before the holiday season of 2024. The staff is not helpful. The first Fred nesque lady didn't even know how to work the pad that you typed on. Then she claimed she was a radiologist but didn't know she needed my insurance card? We only go maybe once a year when we have a sinus infection or strep throat. How on Earth? If you work there everyday would you not need to know you need my insurance card??
