I had to call this location to find out about a difference in change of work status for me that I was unaware of. Upon my phone call , dealing nikki I had explained to her the situation. She was very short and abrupt with me telling me how busy they were and that I would have to wait for the nurse practitioner to call me back. I asked her approximately how long did she think that was going to take?And when I could expect a phone call and she said as I stated we are extremely busy here. You will be billed as an outpatient ER visit and be stuck with a huge bill. And do not expect compassion when you try to call and understand why you are stuck with an enormous bill. They’ll actually just chuckle at you while you try to get clarity on the situation. Go elsewhere, you’ve been warned.
Nurse practitioner spent 2 minutes with my daughter. Didn’t look in her ears or nose. Went in thinking it was strep. They did a test and said it was negative and that it must be a virus. How would they know what it was if they barely saw her and did no examination and no other tests! Music and tv were blaring in reception. If you didn’t have a headache before going in, you will when you leave. We only went because our Doctors office was full, never again!
The low rating is due to how rude i was treated...the first lady at the front had a bad attitude till I talked more to her to let her know I'm not a dick...then when I go back Kristen Atkins is doing my urine test since my injury is work related. She realy was the worst..I felt like I had asshole wrote on my forehead at this point but I made a joke to try to relieve her tension...the nurses were ok there though...st Luke's really needs to work on the staff...just because i hurt my self at work doesn't mean I'm some kind of s... read more
