Rude no compassion,Took my husband in while having symptoms of a stroke, couldn't get anyone to come out to him,Asked for help,was ignored,could see people back there chatting doing nothing. I called an ambulance .then the gal asked if I want him seen i need to sign some papers. I will never go back there & suggest you go somewhere else!
I had a good experience here. The staff was nice. I dealt with Jacqui, mostly, and she explained things well and was very helpful.
We recently moved to the area and had to visit St. Luke’s Urgent Care - Arnold after my son had an accident. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming—they even gave my son crayons to color with while we waited (only about 10 minutes). Once we were seen, the medical team was outstanding. NP was very rude and unsympathetic to my 9 year old. I’m extremely disappointed I took my son here. I should have did what I always do and go to a children’s urgent care. She came in the room, never greeted us or him, caused him much pain with his injury, never asked him how he felt, very inconsiderate!!! I really hate they are getting any money from me or my insurance. UPDATE: We took my son to Total Access tonight and they actually helped him and told us my son’s knee is ACTUALLY BROKEN!!! I called before I went to make sure my insurance covered me and told them that I had strep. They said yes come on in. I was there about 30 minutes. I was then billed over $400 (after insurance) because they are a "level 3 urgent care". This is outrageous to me and unethical to code my visit as an emergency visit.
