Things must have really changed since the 2015 review. My husband was admitted for rehab & declined rapidly due to poor care & not receiving his medication either on time or at all. He fell during the 5.5 days he was there & it was never documented. When moving him back to the hospital 3 different employees told us not to return as they knew he wouldn’t receive appropriate care! That speaks volumes!

I've been to this location two times. The staff was always nice to me and they were able to diagnose/treat me quickly. One time they were very busy. I live in the neighborhood so I came home, called back at a later time and they were able to see me right away.
I have always had positive experiences with this facility. Professional, timely and friendly service from a simple check up to lengthly procedures.

I wish I could offer commentary on Dr. Chen's medical skills, but I was told by his receptionist NOT to seek out his services. “I don't think this is the doctor for you,” she said. This came after an interrogation about my insurance, whether I had met my deductible for the year, and a warning about the co-pays. I brought my son in for a simple sinus infection. We were the first people there right at 8:00am. It took them 15 minutes to get us back into a room. Another 15 to see the doctor. The doctor did a simple exam and then said, "I'll be back in 5 minutes with his discharge papers." When she wasn't back in 15 minutes, I walked out in the hallway and the nurse told me to "go back and wait in the room." I was very pleased with the wonderful care I received during my extended physical therapy after bi-lateral knee replacement. The staff was/is courteous, helpful and giving assistance as needed. I was also glad to have the same therapists, which I feel enabled me to push for successful treatments and/or overall outcome.
