times have changed I remember walking into this bank right before it became U S bank and the tellers and everyone were the nicest and warmest bankers in the st louis area. I remember they could do their job and have small talk at the same time. Then when us bank took over the atmosphere changed. with a lot of new faces and these people were not as warm and chatty. Very few have become warm and talkative just to make people feel at home. PROS: convenient CONS: not enough warm employees
