The staff is nice.. there's just not enough of them. just pack a lunch when going there.. it will be a while.

When this Urgent care first open you would wait 1hr to be seen. It was ridiculous but as time went on the wait time shortened. The couple of times I went I waited maybe 20 minutes. It's a very nice facility clean, open relaxed. The staff is nice and pleasant concerned with your overall well being. The Providers came in the room oretty quickly took an assessment and you were out fairly quickly.
Getting ready to go on our honeymoon, they led us on for 3 days to get a low dose regular antibiotic, and then refused without an in person or “ virtual” appointment. My husband is a truck driver and couldn’t comply, but any questions and answers were given by phone, and nothing examination wise would change the answers.So now he has no medication and could end up fairly worse off while we’re on our honeymoon. Great primary facility. Dr. Nothstein is wonderful and very professional. Takes time to listen. Does not rush you. Takes time to understand your problems. I highly recommend smithfeild primary for all your medical needs
