Absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. The sleep technician was rude, hurt my 6 year old multiple times and tried to justify it. Ran in the room while my child was asking ME for the remote and felt inclined to tell him to be patient when he wasn’t even speaking to her and in depth on it. She’s been there 25 years and should absolutely find a new profession. Left all stickers on child. ST ALS DOES 1000000% better. We’ve had two done there and I’d never return to this facility.
