Terrible patient experience. My wife had an appointment that she had to wait almost 6 months for. The morning of the appointment, about 5 minutes after she left the house to make the drive, they call to say the appointment is cancelled. Now things happen, I don't know why the doctor called out and they are entitled to that as much as the next person. But when the next available appointment is Sept (one full year since she originally made the appointment) then that is when it reaches to the realm of unacceptable.
Fabulous! Although it would be nice to see the doctors on the days I feel like I’m spiraling down. Just like the dentist, the symptoms go away upon office visits. Lol Dr. Jaffari takes time to listen to you. Listens to your answers. Highly recommended
