Recently had a situation with my prescription and it was going back and forth with different people involved and Laura from st Luke’s Nampa pharmacy was finally able to explain the situation and get it corrected. June 3,2026 Please why did you change your bottles? As an old person with Osteoporosis and severe arthritis I was unable to open my own bottle! It is too stiff and hard to open. Please reconsider something for elderly patients! 🙏🏻

I was seen at the emergency room at St. Luke’s in Nampa by Dr. Steven Glerum. Dr. Glerum listened and heard me when I told him that Saint Al’s emergency room sent me home with a broken leg. This doctor had a photographic memory and was empathic and kind. I feel, he saved my life by getting me into surgery, the very next day, with Dr. Beck for my broken leg.
