Very kind and helpful, I had hardly any wait. They were eager to explain the medication and it's proper use
Beyond unprofessional, the entire staff was talking about me when I returned a few minutes after leaving, laughing and mocking. They act like police, constantly denying prescriptions FOR THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. Seems like a horrible place to work with even worse insurance cuz employees can never get prescriptions filled & turned away repeatedly. The staff is a joke, hateful, nasty people who hate their job
This is the worst pharmacy in town. They desperately need a consultation area where customers can talk to the pharmacist while other customers are taken care of. If you are a person that values your time, go to a different pharmacy. I have gotten my medications here for nearly 20 years and it has steadily gotten unbearable. I have personally been in a line of 20 plus people multiple times as a pharmacist takes 10-15 minutes to educate a customer on their medication. That's great but the line just keeps getting longer.
