Happens more than once. Put in for my prescription that I need to not miss and it takes them over 5 days to get my meds. Now I have to adjust to my meds side effects every time. It’s like starting over and a big inconvenience that could affect my health in an adverse way as I have MS. I would recommend going anywhere else.

Beyond unprofessional, the entire staff was talking about me when I returned a few minutes after leaving, laughing and mocking. They act like police, constantly denying prescriptions FOR THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. Seems like a horrible place to work with even worse insurance cuz employees can never get prescriptions filled & turned away repeatedly. The staff is a joke, hateful, nasty people who hate their job
