I have utilized this facility in the past several years for shoulder replacement, then back issues etc. I pulled my hamstring so I scheduled an appointment for today 9/9 at 11:00 only to find out it was scheduled for last Tues. 9/6. The person scheduling was very short and cold with her responses to my questions when scheduling last week and I thought, well, maybe a bad day.
