Why are you closed when it says your hours of operation for Sunday are 7am - 3pm? I have much needed x-rays to obtain before going back to work. I called to inquire and was hung up on. I then called back and was immediately put on hold. This is totally unprofessional. I'm in pain and this is the only company that works with the company I work for. I'm extremely disappointed. If your hours of operation has changed then that should be made known on the website or the telephone recording.
I don’t go anywhere but Rayus! You are greeted immediately and warmly by Claire and her amazing smile. The wait is very short and everyone I go with after that is kind and informative.
I was extremely nervous going in for a CT scan. Like most humans, my brain immediately went to the worst-case scenarios. Brandy was very kind and welcoming when I arrived, which I appreciated. But Martha is who truly made the experience for me. She talked to me about life to get my mind off what was happening, and it helped more than she probably knows. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person in that moment. Her calm, genuine care made a stressful situation feel manageable. Thank you, Martha. Truly. <3
