I had a good experience with the MRI Technician, but had a very unpleasant experience with the burgundy haired lady at the front desk. She initially told me that I couldn’t be seen because I didn’t feel comfortable saying my full name, DOB, full address, and phone number out loud. I instead handed her my ID and asked for sticky note to write my info. The other staff member allowed me to write it down, which worked perfectly.
