We were assisted quickly. Everyone was kind. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The PA was friendly and professional and helped my daughter feel comfortable. The 4 stars is because they were not stocked with enough medical supplies and tools. The PA had to use tools that were too small to remove a fish hook from my daughter's finger. Seems silly to have an urgent care clinic in a rural area with a limited supply of basic medical tools.
Very polite and friendly staff. They had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Great experience at this clinic.
