We just saw PA-C Daniel Sorensen, I'm reviewing right after leaving a visit for our daughter. I don't often leave reviews but he was so great and interactive with our toddler. It was very quick and helpful. Great PA!! It's nice knowing Mountain home has such a good urgent care.
I have had the best experience with every person I’ve encountered at this clinic. I am currently pregnant and have had to bring my small toddler with me also and each time I have been treated with such incredible kindness all while receiving fast and efficient care each time. The doctors and nurses are amazing and the front desk team is so friendly and helpful! I would give 10/10 and absolutely recommend them for any and all non emergent urgent healthcare needs.
The staff was incredibly kind and truly listened to what I had to say about what was going on with me. They were very thorough and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my visit, which greatly helped ease my anxiety about going to the doctor. I’m so thankful for the care and help I received, and I’m happy to say I’m on the mend!
Dr. Bassett was very attentive and understanding of my sons ear infection, he listened to us, and cared about my son! I will ask for him specifically, if I ever need to come there again!
