The doctor here is very dismissive. Treatment is her way and if it’s causing you distress to the point of not using it to the detriment of your health, then she needs to check her ego at the door and work with the patient to come up with a solution. The office manager here is rude as well and needs to stop interrupting when someone is trying to voice their complaint about the office being very slow to contact or not contact at all. Absolutely worst doctor ever. I NEVER leave bad reviews but this needs to be heard. Loses paperwork on you, acts like she's king tut. Very very rude and disrespectful. Doesn't even tell you whats wrong after your sleep study. Highly recommended NOT to go here.
Doctor doesn't even do an evaluation and acts as if she has a psy degree. Not here for a sleep evaluation or a conference. I'm so disappointed with St. Lukes.
The Worst! Incorrect information being provided back to you...If you don't follow up Checking and rechecking for tests results (after waiting over 6 wks)you will NEVER hear from them! Then your meds and conditions in their computer system are erroroneous even though you had corrected them...They must be understaffed and overworked and the ONLY game in town😣And I gave them 2 stars because the office staff is pleasant.But the medical staff is rude abrupt and seemingly inept.
staff is great, you can tell the doctors take a personal interest in your health and follow up with you shortly after tests if there are any Abnormal results.
