Called to schedule an appointment for my son today. My family and I have been at this practice for years. The woman answering the phone was literally ignoring my questions. Our Dr is no longer at the practice and so now we are being treated like new patients and won’t be seen until January. My child needs shots for school in August. Between that and the rude behavior from the people that answer calls we will be going elsewhere. They charge you for a hospital visit if you see a specialist at the doctor's building (no lab tests were done) and then have you pay 2 copays. I've started looking for doctors/specialists somewhere else.
It truly saddens me to write this review. Our family has been with this practice for over six years and always appreciated the care we received from Dr. Abbott and Dr. Russell. Unfortunately, with Dr. Abbott no longer there and Dr. Russell on extended leave, the experience has changed significantly. I recently called hoping to get my child seen for an urgent mental health concern and to obtain a referral. I was told she is no longer considered an active patient and would need to reestablish care—despite our long history with... read more

I would not be happy with any other provider than Dr McKarnin. She has taken excellent care of me and her guidance is like none other. Thank you Dr McKarnin for everything..
