Dr. Shetayh is a caring doctor. He listens and cares about all your issues, not just one per visit like some doctors do. I love the greeter, Karen also. Walking in to her smiling face is such a treat!
I've never had a bad experience at my Palmerton primary care. The office staff is always kind, helpful and professional. My Doc, Britta is caring, focused, professional, kind and helpful. She actually LISTENS when you talk. I even had my wife switch from Tamaqua primary (where there seems to be some kind of HIPPA leak, when you hear things or your file info repeated at your job) to Palmerton primary where they are MUCH more professional and respectful.
