I have recently received care at this Quakertown facility. It is clean and bright and the people there are very friendly, helpful, kind and take the time to listen to what you are experiencing that brought you to go there in the first place.
What is the point of having an appointment if walk ins get seen before you?? I arrived at 345 for my 4pm appointment. the kiosk wasn't letting me check in so I went to the receptionist. She said she would check me in in a minute. Well an hour later of the receptionist just chit chatting with coworkers, me stating my appointment is past the time several times, and several walk ins getting seen before everyone with appointments, I finally get called to just be checked in.
