This was one of the easiest appointments I have ever had to make. Josette Tracy does an amazing job. She is kind and efficient and I wish all of my St Lukes appointments were are seamless as this one. She sets the standard on how it should be done and truly has excellent customer service. I've had enough! I'm reporting everyone to the medical board! You keep pushing birth control on everyone like that's a cure "because that's what we do" It causes CANCER and other horrible side effects. It is NOT good! Youu tried to give me that crap when in reality I had a ruptured cyst! I was not bleeding because I "needed birth control"
Period the day of your appt made months ago? Don't worry – they won't fit you in for another few months. You deserve better, go to a different OB/GYN. that is a terrible standard of care but completely standard to St Lukes anymore. Avoid St Lukes in general.
Christina that works here is very rude and obnoxious with people that she speaks to. Further more it takes wayyy too long to get appointments here. Bye St. Luke's!
