I had my first GYN visit with Kim today and had a fantastic experience start to finish! Check in was quick, they were kind and accommodating. I accidentally thought my appointment was for 1:30pm but it was actually 2pm. I apologized and said I was happy to wait and they still took me back just a few minutes later. This was one of the easiest appointments I have ever had to make. Josette Tracy does an amazing job. She is kind and efficient and I wish all of my St Lukes appointments were are seamless as this one. She sets the standard on how it should be done and truly has excellent customer service. Taverna Miller is an awesome provider 💯 she is easy going and super knowledgeable and really made me feel at ease for an appointment I was extremely nervous about and I ended up laughing while I was there instead of being nervous. I've had enough! I'm reporting everyone to the medical board! You keep pushing birth control on everyone like that's a cure "because that's what we do" It causes CANCER and other horrible side effects. It is NOT good! Youu tried to give me that crap when in reality I had a ruptured cyst! I was not bleeding because I "needed birth control"
Period the day of your appt made months ago? Don't worry – they won't fit you in for another few months. You deserve better, go to a different OB/GYN. that is a terrible standard of care but completely standard to St Lukes anymore. Avoid St Lukes in general.
