I saw the PA..Jessica Shrek and she was wonderful and thorough Her assistant as well as the receptionist were pleasant and respectful.
I love that I never have to wait when I come for my appointment and everyone were nothing but nice and knowledgeable whenever I would come or call.
🚨🚨🚨🚨 Had my IUD inserted by a PA here who was “training” for IUD insertion and was supervised by a RN on staff. St. Luke’s does not confirm placement of IUD with sonogram, so there was no way to confirm the accuracy of the placement. At that time time of the placement, I trusted the staff that it was placed correctly and safely. I had 2 follow ups with St. Luke’s where the strings were cut and was not told anything about the placement of the device being off. I highly recommend this office. Everyone has been kind and professional, especially Angela MacMillan. I’ve never felt dismissed when bringing up any health concerns here. I very much appreciate her taking the extra steps to ensure that I’m comfortable and heard!
