I went to Stoneridge Quakertown and Sellersville throughout my pregnancy and it was a horrific expirience. I left crying more then once. The beside manor of the Dr's here are horrible. They were so rude to me and threatened me with extra medical procedures if I didnt want to listen to them. I just wanted to know why I had to do some things and they didnt want to take the time to explain. Took me awhile to write this post because of how traumatic it was. The male doctor told me my issues were because I’m just getting old. (36) my only issue is to be on the birth control that sent me to irregular issues, or take out “all my lady parts”. Then told me with a smile that I must get a Pap smear, and spread my legs open while I bled all over from being first day on period. It wasn’t necessary and and fully felt taken advantage of. Haven’t been able to go to an obgyn since because of the trauma of that day.
The patient scheduling representative, Robin, exhibited unprofessional behavior, lacking compassion and consideration. Her response to my cancellation was disappointing, emphasizing the impact on other patients without acknowledging my circumstances. Instead of expressing understanding, she was dismissive. Upon requesting to speak with someone else, I was informed that a manager would be contacting me. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider delivering my baby at with this facility!
