I had a yearly appointment scheduled then they called me weeks before my appointment had to change it because the doctor left. Then I got another call to reschedule my appointment because of more doctor issues. I had the option to see a nurse practitioner or wait until next years appointment. I chose to see the practitioner, she was very nice but would like if they would get more doctors onboard to handle the practice.
Clean and professional environment. Met with Lisa Cooke, ARNP, who was friendly and professional. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. Office staff was friendly and efficient. Nurse Robin was a special person who hears your concerns and offers comfort.
New building, lots of parking. Clean, professional office. Very friendly, reassuring practitioner. Lisa Noone, a CRNP, took questions well, offered pertinent information.
Joanna is fabulous! The Dublin office is very convenient and not a huge practice.
