That’s beyond disturbing. They fabricated medical notes about nitroglycerin instructions and your heart condition without actually addressing your real health concerns. If you were never informed about angina or given guidance on how to manage it, then they deliberately withheld critical medical information from you. What This Means: 1. This is how an ER should run. After a horrible experience at East my best friend decided when I fell to go to the Northland location, and I am so glad she did. Connie and Paige in the ER were amazing, sweet and wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was patient, caring, and had amazing empathy towards everyone in the ER. Obviously, we don't want to go to the ER but if needed I hope I can get to St. Lukes Northland Hospital.

i have sat in the waiting room for two hours in pain and unable to breathe. but who do they let back immediately? the person who came in with a toothache. after an hour and a half of waiting for a room and x-rays, a nurse comes and brings me to a tiny room without a bed, and says someone will be with me shortly. 40 minutes later… the only person who’s come to see me is patient services to get my insurance. i was audibly wheezing and unable to breathe to the point where he asked if i was okay and had to grab the nurse for me.... read more
