Love this office! I have been treated there for 35 years. Dr Prentice is so caring and has the best bedside manner. Dr Chari is very sweet and caring I always feel like I'm in good hands. The office staff is great and helpful. I wish we could call through instead of the call center but times have changed and it always works out ok.

Apparently there are two Google listings for this one practice. This is my review from my experience about one month ago. Terrible experience. If I could give it a zero, I would. A provider left their facility named Amanda G. She was the best provider ever. Caring, understanding, considerate, and respectful. However when she left this facility, they decided to what feels like to me abandon her patients that have been being seen at their facility. We absolutely love this office. The staff and service are consistently excellent, and our family has a deep appreciation for the care we’ve received here. The only downside is that calls are routed to a general call center, which can be frustrating. The call center staff have limited access to the physicians and aren’t as helpful as the in-office team. It’s a shame that such a great practice is held back by this part of the experience.
