I would give it a 5-stars but unfortunately, I have had negative experiences with the front desk staff with attitude and remarks they have made upon asking questions and inquiring for an appointment. Although with understanding that it can be stressful- it shouldnt feel like a battle to discuss your health and get what you need. Terrible experience. If I could give it a zero, I would. A provider left their facility and they didn’t care about the patients who were seeing that provider. When communicating with the front desk staff they hung up on me and had a nasty attitude. Disgusting behavior. They should be ashamed. This is not a place that should be treating people.
Dr. Amanda Gourniak is my primary care physician, but I have also seen Dr. Prentice and Dr. Chari at this location when I’ve needed to come in sooner. All the doctors here are very empathetic and do their best to get a treatment plan to help with whatever issue I am having, and the front desk staff are always very professional and get me in ASAP when I am sick which has not been my experience at other offices it is really nice. I appreciate everyone here so much and hope I can continue seeing them when I need to!
I had my first appointment here today, and I’m trying to make a point of leaving reviews for positive experiences as I know firsthand how hard it is to be in healthcare today (it seems sometimes like only the bad reviews get left!). This place is wonderful! Everyone is so kind and helpful, and Amanda has to be the most compassionate and efficient healthcare provider I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. I will never go to another practice. I randomly found them about three years ago, during a very difficult time in life. Amanda has been my PCP ever since. I was having a lot of issues and Amanda or dr P, never once made me feel like I was annoying for how many visits I had. I trust them so much that I’ve switched my toddler to them, now they also see my newborn baby. Dr P takes care of her and Amanda will be also. Practitioners couldn’t be more trustworthy than them.
