After one visit here, we saw none of the problems mentioned in some reviews. The staff was friendly enough. Yes, they were businesslike, but courteous. (I almost prefer that businesslike courtesy to the syrupy, artificial friendliness you see in some places.) Dr. Malik took my wife's condition very seriously and is helping with further tests, which will reassure her. For several reasons, we had to drive almost an hour to get to the office, but think it will be worthwhile, if necessary, to do it in the future.

I’m writing this with deep disappointment, not out of spite, but out of genuine hurt and frustration. I’ve been a patient at this office for quite some time and always thought highly of my neurologist — in fact, I truly admired him.
