Had an appointment for headaches. Made a follow up for a neck injection which was deemed 'experimental' by my insurance (they suck too) so it wasn't covered. Left a message in the app inquiring about out of pocket cost and also asked over the phone. Phone call provided no answer and the message on the MyChart app was left unanswered so nobody cares. Cancelled my follow up. Thanks for a waste of 40 bux, I guess.
Great experience across the board from the scheduling to the doctor.
Go in for my 7:15AM appointment and check in, make my co-pay. Christine previously confirmed that they received an office note and 3D scan images needed for my appointment. The lady at reception says they are nowhere to be found in the system. Then while I'm waiting to be called back I'm told that the building is being evacuated for a potential gas leak. I'm there waiting in the parking lot over an hour. Never seen. Central scheduling reschedules me for tomorrow morning, then just receive a call that they can't keep my appoi... read more
