Dr. Diaz is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He is able to listen to you, disgnose your symptoms and treat your medical peoblems without making you come back. He is very well educated and professionsl. He is a credit to his profession. Highly recommend this doctor.

Saw him a couple of times, he ordered a ct scan of my hip,got told i had a fractured hip, went back a few weeks later and had to wait because he's a diabetic and was eating , when he came in he asked what i did to my hip. I never went back , my new dr tried to get records and was told i was never a patient even though i have the ct records showing he was my dr. Staff is rude.

Poor patient follow up, can never talk to a real person, only a recording. Leave numerous messages and never receive a return call. When appointments are made, you wait for several hours before you are seen.

Drove two hours to see Dr Diaz, and for the most part had a good in office experience. I had some blood drawn, and was told that when these results came back I would #1 receive a call, and #2 have a script called in. So I waited a week, then two. Then both my wife and I called...several times. Left numerous messages, none were returned. So it's been overs month, and still no call back. That's terrible patient care and follow up. I do not recommend this Dr for that reason.
