My Dr moved to this practice and I wish she never did! I’ve been seeing her for 3 years and have a great relationship with her. Thanks to this practice an all their hoops and In possibilities I was in the end told I can’t see her because she is no longer taking new patients. WTH! I have been fighting this battle since before she even started at this place. Her and I had a plan on some of my health conditions that we were going to start after she got there and I’m on medication and routine labs that I’ve needed done for month... read more
The scheduler was very condescending and impatient. Whether the office is busy or not, compassion is free and very important in the medical field and she clearly lacked it.
My doctor retired and they effectively kicked me out of the practice. They couldn’t reschedule my appointment with a male doctor for over a year. I am diabetic and need blood drawn every 6 months. Malpractice in my opinion. Avoid this practice - they don’t care about you.
Like what in the world is going on This is ridiculous first off I have a learning disability two there is no need to be hateful especially when I had no idea that my doctor is no longer there then I'm told well you should got a letter I haven't got a letter then a week later than I get the letter but I can't message anybody so now I have to call and then when I call they're being hateful because I'm trying to figure out what am I I'm supposed to do like this is not my fault and then I have to wait a year to have another prim... read more
Waste of time, they’re booked a year out. Staff is rude. Update you website so people aren’t wasting their time!!!!
