Waste of time, they’re booked a year out. Staff is rude. Update you website so people aren’t wasting their time!!!!
I have been going here for several 3 years now. I had multiple appointments with an NP who later left and no one told me. I got a call saying I needed to find a new NP/Dr. I told them I had no preference, so they scheduled me with a female RN. She has now cancelled on me 3 times, one of them being rescheduled without asking. I had to quit my job at Saint Luke's East after 13 and a half yrs to take care of my mother. She has cancer and dementia. So, that left me with no income or insurance. It's been over a year since I saw my pcp. I called to see if I could make payment arrangements to be seen. Like one of my specialty Dr takes the payment directly out of my moms checking account the 1st of every month. They told me "NO" all the money 135$ up front.
