Trying to switch coverage at this hospital. The phone staff is rude and not helpful. The medical field is in bad shape and so is this place. Glad I learned this place is a joke before stepping in and needing something medically

St Luke’s Primary care offers a non-emergency number for help directing care for non-emergency medical needs after hours, however, when I attempted to call the number for help with directing my care regarding a non-emergency medical event I was put in contact with an angry man who 1. Questioned my intelligence 2. Didn’t let me explain the whole reason why I was calling 3. Laughed at me and told me he “was a nurse and could not help me” I really do not recommend anyone seek care here, I certainly am switching my primary care ... read more

Dr Ausmus has been my doctor since I was in my mid twenties. My husband followed me there after we got married! Ausmus is the best doctor ever! He and the other doctors get FIVE stars! God bless Ausmus as he is retiring! The one star goes the triage nurses that answer the phones for the doctors. They take the decisions of the doctors and decide on their own what a patient needs or deserves, how soon or how long they want to make them wait.
