Husband has back pain. The hospital gave him some medicine that isn't working. Called the doctors office and they won't give him anything until he's seen next week. The poor man can't move!! Guess we'll go back to the hospital...
Horribke staff ect... cannot even get through on the phone and once you do no one seems to know anything
Doctor is fine but trying to get in contact with someone for test results is ridiculous. I have called multiple times, different days and still no response back from a staff member
Had an appt for my daughter today. All went well with her and the Dr. The staff on the other hand… a clown show. First there were 4 staff members sitting in the front reception area. We were in the parking lot calling and called 3 times. No one answered. Went back inside and they were all just sitting there. Started a simple conversation to try and get an authorization completed and the staff was rude and put me off. They refused to get the Dr for me when I asked for. They refused to help at all.
