I had frequent appointments throughout my first pregnancy, and had a great experience each time. The front desk, nurses and doctors were all kind and made me feel comfortable even when I was anxious about the appointment.
Your only as good as your insurance here. I'm treated like a piece of plastic and nothing more! Different doctors all the time, no warmth at all in this office and you can not bring your kid inside with you. Not everyone has child care! Some people don't have family.and that makes things hard enough
Disappointed with my care here. We must have been the last appointment of the day because we were sure made to feel like it. Rushed care, impatient ultrasound tech poking my belly aggressively to get my unborn baby to do what they want. If we’re told to arrive with a full bladder, maybe don’t make us wait a half hour in the waiting room before we can actually begin our ultrasound and then use the bathroom. Drove an hour for the ultra sound. St.lukes decided to send an automated our office hours have been changed (closed) do to weather. They sent this message 15 minutes from the appointment time. Then directly after sent another automated message saying upon arrival check in. Lacking the forethought for people, one solution having the receptionist with remote access calling those 0800 appointment times to inform them the office is canceled.oh the icing on the cake their automated message didn’t even mention which appointment so... read more
My appt got canceled in bethlehem, so they rescheduled me at this office. Before arriving, I typed in the address and checked the reviews. I was shocked by some of the negative comments, but I figured I'd find out for myself. The women at this office are wonderful. The ultrasound tech spent so much time explaining every little detail about our baby and was so comforting. Then after the doctor came in and confirmed everything .
