Terrible experience here. I was told over the phone that my toddler would be permitted to come to the appointment as long as he was supervised by my husband. Get called back by the blonde nurse who then says “that child will not be allowed back”. That child?? Coldest nurse I’ve ever experienced. No facial expressions, no concern whatsoever. $1,569 bill for a routine 20 week ultrasound! Get your price estimate before you book your appointment!! When you call about billing you get sent to a bunch of people to leave messages and no one cares. This is my 4th baby in 6 years and I have never had such a ridiculous bill. Ultrasound tech was nice but took 2 hours. Prepare for a long scan and a couple hundred extra dollars for your “routine” transvaginal cervical length scan. Such a scam.
While this office provides specialized care in pregnancy, I found the experience to be surprisingly un-family-friendly for a place that centers around such an important family milestone. They do not allow children under 5 years old in the office—not even with another parent to supervise. For families without outside childcare, this creates a huge problem. I’ve had the most pleasant experiences here. The receptionist goes above and beyond to get me appointments here instead of having to travel further to another location. The care team is exceptionally friendly, professional and warm hearted. Thank you for all you do.
I had a great experience here. Misty was our sonographer and she was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable, she explained what she was measuring, and answered all of our questions. I also liked how we got to meet with a doctor shortly after our ultrasound, that wasn’t that case at my OB for my first pregnancy. Overall a great experience.
