My husband and I toured this facility. We met with Tabitha. Nice small facility with caring staff. Reviews of state evaluations and citations were very good for the region. The facility was clean and well maintained. À la carte pricing for services. The apartments were nice. The kitchen could be update but it was clean, maintained , and functional. I cannot give enough praise to the staff at St. Luke's. My mother received loving care all the way through her journey there from assisted living through to Moonlight and then on to hospice care where she passed peacefully under their loving care. I feel so very grateful that St. Luke's allowed my mom to remain in her community in Blue Earth for the remainder of her time in this world.
