I came to St. Lukes lab in Wind Gap to get bloodwork after I had gone to HNL in Wind Gap and the phlebotomist missed 3 times. Ann at the front desk told me that what HNL printed out for me wasn’t the script. So Ann tried several times to get the script from LVHN, as did I. Despite not having the script, Emily (phlebotomist) took my blood while we waited for the script. It took LHVN, 3 hours to send a simple script for blood draw.
