My pregnant wife got blood drawn at this location for a nipts test to be done which tells us the genetics and gender of baby. We were told it takes 7-10 days to come back. On the 12th day (weekends don’t count) she called her ob asking for a status update which they said it was active still. Later that day they called saying that they sent the blood to the wrong lab and I will need to redraw because the specimen is now untestable!. Laziness and incompetence.
