everything was fine, waiting time was reasonable.
I had an appointment scheduled for 9 a.m. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby with eight other patients, all of whom also had 9 o’clock appointments. I wasn't taken in for my appointment until 10:20. After that, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the nurse to arrive, and I was informed that she was the only one on duty.
They are always friendly and very helpful. I always go there for my Lab work.
Facility was clean, and staff was professional. However, I would suggest making an appointment. I got there at 8:30 am and was told it would be about 45 minutes wait. I didn’t go back until 10 for bloodwork that took less than 5 minutes.
