Easy check in. I came with a Rupa mail order phlebotomy kit. The staff was not familiar with this and needed to make some phone calls to complete it. Perhaps educating staff in This area would be helpful. Nurse Sue was outstanding, helpful and compassionate. She did a wonderful job in completing my lab kit. Sue is a 10 out of 10!
I made an appointment online and checked in at the kiosk with no problem. Fast and efficient and all of the staff was friendly and professional.
