Greatly appreciated the care and service from this facility. The staff here are awesome.
Dr. Torres and the other older nurse are rude, unprofessional, selfish, and inconsiderate. I am 17 years old and was admitted to the ER during a psychotic breakdown. They kept me in the safe room, pestered me to keep quiet, and the doctor rage shouted at me when I became distressed. I was then involuntarily sent to a mental hospital all the way in Meridian for an unnecessary two weeks. St luke's wouldn't even let me see or talk to my dad before going. I am at St. Luke’s now for the second time this week! Was in the ER earlier this week and then again today and now admitted to hospital. Everyone one here has been absolutely fabulous!! The gal who checked me in was so kind and everyone since has gone above and beyond to make me comfortable and I feel like I am getting top notch care. Thank you to everyone at St Luke’s Jerome!
I don't know why anyone would give this establishment anything other than 5 stars. I've been here twice now and both times I've had an excellent experience. The staff is professional. And more importantly the doctors really jump in to action to figure out what is going on with your body. The lab results are the quickest I've ever experienced.
