The staff is incompetent. I went to the emergency room, they charged me, and my insurance still has to pay more, and they didn't do anything for me. They just performed a brief examination and sent me home.
Went to Saint Luke’s emergency room tonight with my 84 year old Mother who was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday at South Coast Urgent Care. The doctor at Southcoast stated that if she felt worse to bring her to the Emergency Room. Came in at 5:45 pm and left at 11:15 pm with my mother never seeing a doctor. She got her vitals and blood drawn two times and we were told her electrolytes and potassium were low. She should get an IV but they couldn’t tell us how long we would have to wait. Rude, unprofessional, uneducated staff didn’t give me medication until 5 hours later. Yall better off dying at home than in here
