10+ hours in the waiting room without being seen nurses are nice but this is clearly a management problem. Fire whoever your director is and bring in someone who knows how to do the job, never in all my years have i waited this long on a Monday night to even get a bed, witnessed half a dozen patients leave to go to another hospital cause the care was so awful, at this point whoever is running the show back there is putting people's lives at risk!

Brought my elderly mother in last night. She was having a dementia episode. Never saw doctor, Never saw so called mental health specialist. Just a nurse. She came home same way she went in. I was told that I would just have to learn to live with it. So so sad. I tried to get her help and got nothing. I'm still in shock over the lack of professionalism. Maybe if she was a drunk n drug addicted she would have received better care.

Came in due to severe pressure in the back of my head causing me to vomit and my vision to blur… was forgotten about in a room for three hours. No telling me what was going to happen or when. There was barely anyone I could tell, just a lot of people walking around in scrubs. I ended up leaving and no one bothered to call to see what happened or anything of that sort.

We arrived and was instantly greeted with terrible staff, they kept asking me the same question, where I’ve explained the situation, so did my parents. I finally got into my room, and met with the doctor, where he blankly said, “use soap and water to clean it out” couple of months later from visiting no... read more
