Came in due to severe pressure in the back of my head causing me to vomit and my vision to blur… was forgotten about in a room for three hours. No telling me what was going to happen or when. There was barely anyone I could tell, just a lot of people walking around in scrubs. I ended up leaving and no one bothered to call to see what happened or anything of that sort.

The cleanliness and hygiene were appalling — there were visible bugs and flies in the waiting area. At one point, a child vomited, and instead of proper cleanup, the front desk staff simply handed the family a box of tissues. No on... read more

I received a call from my friend’s visiting nurse suggesting I take her to the WD for suspected blood clot. I called ED to find out wait time and was told only two patients in waiting room. We checked in and waited approximately 10 minutes before going in for examination. I could tell the nurses took the suggestion of a blood clot seriously because they wasted mo time in getting blood drawn, EKG, chest X-ray, ultrasound of bruised area. The doctor reported the test showed no blood clot, but since the bruise appeared a few mo... read more
