4 plus Hours Waiting. Warnjj in NB they don’t triage They told Me. They don’t Triage and Prioritize cases. What?!?!? My brother close to 70 Had dangerously high blood sugar and a number of ailments. He could not Wait so long. We Called His primary and his endocrinologist next day who wanted him admitted but doesn’t do direct admit. I guess that Is St Luke’s policy!!! So ridiculous!!!!! This was the absolute worst hospital experience I've ever had. I have been trying to figure out an unexplained issue. I don't want to use vulgarity, this hospital has been the worst since I was in diapers. They suck. They will let you die in the waiting room. I pray that place fires all the staff and truly brings a new set of actual professionals from Boston.

I waited 4 hours without being seen. The web site said less than a 30 minute wait. What a joke. Despite asking multiple employees, no one was willing to estimate how much longer I’d be forced to wait. I joined at least 15 people before me, and left without being seen much less treated. I wish I had read the reviews before heading there. The waiting room is in atrocious shape.
