Came in due to severe pressure in the back of my head causing me to vomit and my vision to blur… was forgotten about in a room for three hours. No telling me what was going to happen or when. There was barely anyone I could tell, just a lot of people walking around in scrubs. I ended up leaving and no one bothered to call to see what happened or anything of that sort.

I went to this emergency room due to my belly button bleeding, I’m 15 years old, and out of no where I started bleeding from my belly button. I’m not a new born, so I shouldn’t have umbilical cord problems at such an old age. We arrived and was instantly greeted with terrible staff, they kept asking me the same question, where I’ve explained the situation, so did my parents. If I could give this ER zero stars, I would. The experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. There was a complete lack of communication from the staff, who mostly walked around the waiting room despite there being few visible patients. People were waiting over four hours with no updates. The cleanliness and hygiene were appalling — there were visible bugs and flies in the waiting area. This hospital needs to get investigated ,nurses n doctors seems like they only there for their paycheck n friends,trust me on what I say this hospital will let you die,doctors needs to get fire or go back to training,been there many times I can see how unprofessional they are all including nurses,please investigate this hospital.
