I am extremely disappointed with the management at St Luke’s. This is not the first time I’ve faced issues, and clearly nothing has been done to fix it. I came to pick up my dad for home leave, but the gantry wouldn’t open because it showed “card not readable.” Last month I could enter using Autopass without any problem, but for the past two weeks, I haven’t been able to enter so obviously something is wrong with the system or card access. Want to home leave need ask security to open, very troublesome I use autopass as Malaysian vehicle. It's been several time already still no progress. Management so bad. I use cash card also cannot. A few of my friends also said the same thing. It's not only Singapore car come to this hospital

My old father had a tkr and had to stay at St luke's ward 2C for rehab for 1 month, I am so totally impressed by the servicing hearts of almost all the staffs there that I come into contact with. The unbelievable extra care and concern (surprising me many times), given not by just one or two but it seems like everyone in the entire hospital has this life goal of going all out (not just the extra mile) to not only help the patients but also the patients' family.
