Get directionsMy mum stayed at Ward 3A for three and a half weeks, discharged last Saturday. St Luke community hospital is very well managed and staff across depts are very caring and professional. Corrine from the business dept was very patient in explaining the procedure, itemizing things clearly, and very accommodative. The 6 bedder ward is spacious, clean and has cooling fan. The experience at ward 2B is a mixed one. There are nurses who give very bad service and some very good ones. My mum is an octogenarian. She had bad nose bleeding last night. A nurse gave her ice and left her alone. Bleeding went on for quite long, mum was unable to say the duration. She was tired having to squeeze her nose, hold onto to tissue to absorb blood and the ice all by herself.
