They took my mom into St Lukes right away. I thought Wow! This is great! 3 weeks later I was called to pick her up. They say that she needed directed care & that aren't licensed to give that. But...on the web site it says they provide supervisory & directed care levels. They did NO evaluation of her upon accepting her. I am very bitter over this.
