Very long wait time. No one in waiting room but 3 of us. Wait time is over 2 hours
Another outstanding experience at St. Lukes, this time seeing a new primary care physician. Every member of the nursing and billing staff was pleasant and receptive, and the PA Silinskie thoroughly questioned and examined me before offering medication. I felt heard and well cared for, and am happy to have a facility of this caliber in the area.
I caught my index finger in a pair of large glass doors and did not want to go to the ER. It was easy to make an appointment for the next day for an x-ray. We did wait for a bit beyond the scheduled time, but the waiting room was clean and quiet, and staff was pleasant and professional. I left with a smile.
Employees very friendly and helpful. Waiting is ridiculous 2 hr n going in Waiting area. Better going to main hospital.
Excellent place. Courteous and VERY professional medical personnel and administrative staff. Very little wait time to see a doctor, whether it's an appointment or walk-in.
