The lady who answered my call from the 8537 number was absolutely rude!!! I needed to call the Hamburg office and she was so much nicer!! She asked who my doctor was and I told her, she proceeds to say “we have over 400 practices I need to know her last name” with attitude!! I called the number on the link to MY towns primary care and assumed they would know who I’m talking about. Once directed my call was sent to the right office but then I was directed to another call… to not have them answer.
