My kids always come see Dr Perez and she is great! Today my kid saw Dr Gorski and let me tell you Ive never seen a Dr in a hurry! Maybe we were scheduled on their almost closing time but he did not make us feel welcomed at all. He saw his patient and said “is that all?” “Ok you can leave now” and if I asked him a last minute question he seemed annoyed because he wanted to leave. As I left no one greeted us out. good doctors and staff! they speak spanish too
Office staff is mediocre, it's taking months to see a doctor for basic care why people like myself have to wait til whatever is wrong is so bad an emergency room trip is needed. The office staff couldn't be any less concerned or empathetic if they tried, sad because I would have assumed St Luke's would have been better than Geisinger but doesn't seem like it.
