We were surprised and disappointed by this practice’s non-transparent billing during what were scheduled as routine well-child visits. Before scheduling, we confirmed they accepted our insurance and specifically scheduled annual preventive wellness exams, which our insurance covers at 100%. During the visits, the provider asked if we had any concerns. My husband and I originally chose this location for its convenience and for the fact that we had a great experience with St. Luke’s during my pregnancy. I must say, I absolutely ADORE Dr. Juniper Lee-Park! She is what you would imagine a pediatrician to be - incredibly friendly, thorough, and kind! She takes the time to make sure we understand what she’s explaining which is such a huge help for us as first time parents. We loved this office and the providers who saw our children..... But as of today I was just notified that they are no longer accepting keystone first insurance. There was absolutely no prior communication of this change and I just found out less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment and I also have two more scheduled appointments for the 1st of August. I now have to scramble to try to find a new primary care provider or change my insurance plan for my entire family, in order for my children to attend this office and g... read more
Have had a positive experience with everyone we’ve interacted with so far. Dr. Juniper Lee-Park is fantastic. She is thorough, professional, and very kind - could not ask for more, as a parent. The front desk staff have also always been kind and engaging with my family. Would recommend.
