Been going to this place for 45 years, will never go there again. Rude, cash grabbing bunch of people. The receptionist is so rude, and makes stuff up to try to private bill people who are on federal issued current and valid disability pension card saying they don’t apply in wa, what an absolute load of garbage, I have used my disability pension card at doctors surgeries in qld, wa sa and nsw and this know all receptionist thinks their surgery is right when they say it’s not valid in wa. I visited St Luke's GP Medical Group today and was treated with utmost professionalism and went home with my mind at rest knowing how to treat my condition.
Have to comment about Dr Arun Dominic who is knowledgeable, kind, courteous and explains everything in detail. Highly recommend him. Also receptionist is very helpful too
