Dr Jaime Martin was very unprofessional and a complete jerk. Went in with a burning sensation in my stomach and lower back pain. They did a urine sample and lab work right away. I got the MyChart results within 30 minutes which came back abnormal. It took about 2 hours before he came in and told me everything looked great and nothing was wrong. Sat here for 4 hours with head trauma and never made it past the waiting room. Wouldn’t recommend as I’ve been to 3rd world hospitals with better care and concern.
My wife and I came in on the morning of 7/11/25. They were slow and still were took about 2 hours to get us to a room. The check in ladies and triage nurse were a joke. They just kept talking to the security and were oblivious to my wife throwing up blood. When I told them they said that they would check on her and get us in to a room quick. I have normally loved this ER with amazing doctors in the past. Yesterday's experience was definitely not the same. I had gone in due to oral angioedema in the morning where they attempted to give me a albeuteral nebulizer and we had to tell them that it would put me into anaphylaxic shock with my chronic illnesses. They finally gave me the treatment that I needed but has postponed epi 4 hours after it had turned into anaphylaxis.
