I got denied care by Mariah front desk, I was in the ER and had a question regarding my visit for the css that day whom seen me, she said no I needed to reach out to my PCP regarding it having nothing to do with my test results! Ridiculous.
St Luke's NAMPA has declined drastically, to the extent I will be reaching out to Patient Advocacy. From being stereotyped, humiliated, medical personal being accusatory and the list goes on all while I was facing a SEVERE medical issue that my MEDICAL TEAM recommended I go into the ER. IF you NEED to go to an ER go to ST ALS MERIDIAN, this place is seriously needing to be looked into because after a million+ DOLLARS spent at your facility, I can safely say I will do anything avail to avoid this location, sadly.

I had to go to the ER last week! I have health insurance.They refused my cash payment, to pay my copay. It's American currency! If our hard earned cash isn't good enough, then don't bother billing us. I feel we should get a lawyer involved. A cashless society, is a slave society!
Dr Jaime Martin was very unprofessional and a complete jerk. Went in with a burning sensation in my stomach and lower back pain. They did a urine sample and lab work right away. I got the MyChart results within 30 minutes which came back abnormal. It took about 2 hours before he came in and told me everything looked great and nothing was wrong.
