I called one day was told I need a doctor referral. I got a doctor referral. They even get sent me the phone number to Call so I called and was told I now need a doctors note with a visit and a referral. They are making it impossible to come in. This all just looks like a St. Luke’s money grab. The lady on the phone was not nice.
This practice is beyond disfunction. My grandson was informed his doctor retired. He has been attempting to have his medication renewed for 2 weeks. Twice it was sent to his former PA address. Dispute calls to correct this the lack of communication and follow through is nonexistant. His face is a mess from no medication for two weeks yet not one person can see this through. In addition, he cannot be seen by a practioner until January!!!. Stay away from this practice!
