St. Luke's entire Dermatology team, and especially Dr Buchness, are WONDERFUL. I've had severe atopic dermatitis for many years and no other Dermatologist I had seen--there have been a couple-- ever thought to do blood work to test for autoimmune issues until Dr. Buchness. When the results came back it all made sense, not just about the atopic dermatitis but other inflammatory issues I have (asthma, chronic allergic rhinitis). The nicest people ever! I will definitely go back every year to them.
Went for a routine skin check. Receptionist was very nice and quickly checked me in. Was taken back to a room and did the inpatient work with the assistant. Then waited for 45 minutes. Never saw the doctor. The assistant stuck her head in the door once and said they would be with me soon. The worst part of waiting was hearing a patient in the next room discussing President Trump and the Epstein files for a good portion of my visit. My one star is for the receptionist! Zero for everything else about my experience.
I just had a superlative experience at St. Luke’s Dermatology in Washington, NJ. From the moment I entered, until I walked out the door, I was treated with kindness and efficiency. The receptionist, Diana, greeted me warmly, and responded to my chatter in a genuine manner. I had a great experience seeing Dr. Shiller as a new patient. I was taken back almost immediately after check in and didn’t have to wait long to see her. She was very kind and took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist. The staff was great as well!
